Do you take remote clients?
Yes! I love being able to connect with amazing people from around the globe. I understand time differences can be difficult so I am very flexible when scheduling meetings.
How do I get started?
The first step is to reach out to me via my contact page or directly email me. I'll get back to you within three working days and then we can go from there!
How long will it take?
A timeline will vary depending on the scale and scope of work and the refinements taken from client feedback. I will strive to meet a rough timeline with your initial estimate, as well as with what is in your contract. The creative process takes time when quality is in mind, therefore the best results happen when there is little rush.
Can I ask about other services?
I’m also happy to help a client with their personal requests. If you're looking for something that isn't listed on my website currently then that is ok. I'm available for all types of design and consulting. I’m also very open to discussing a custom project with you. Please get in touch via email or through the client application, and we can go from there.
How does payment work & how do I secure my spot?
I usually take a 50% deposit upon booking. This will confirm your spot in my calendar. Although I am always happy to discuss payment plans as I understand that branding is a big investment when starting an emerging business.
How will I pay you?
I will send an invoice and confirmation of payment via email. Other options can also be made available.
